Sally is an experienced Registered Manager who has worked in Dementia Care since 2010, and at senior leadership level since 2015. With the founding aspiration to make a genuine difference to people’s lives, the well-being of clients and the team who support them is essential. Sally champions dignity, quality and safety in service provision.

As a founding director Kate brings a commitment to excellence through strategic leadership. Kate is a highly experienced management administrator skilled at implementing and monitoring robust systems. Kate is responsible for training the team to be confident in the delivery of a safe, high quality and reliable service.
