We support people living with dementia in their own homes, including those who live alone, and the families and unpaid carers around them. A diagnosis of dementia is not a requirement to access our services.
Person-led, from the very first visit
Every visit is led by the person we support. We celebrate what matters most to them, and your loved one always has a choice in how the time together is spent.
Our history
Set up in 2021, and growing with the families we support
Dementia@Home was set up in 2021 to offer people with dementia and their families an experienced, trustworthy provider to support them, and help them to continue living @Home.
From the beginning it has been our privilege to embrace independence, dignity, choice and respect, to encourage and share with our clients the things that matter most to them.
We celebrate the unique passions, beliefs and interests of every person we support, and capture these as memories.
It’s really important for you to take a regular break for your own wellbeing, to stay fit and healthy and continue in your caring role.
